Vondré

Vondré

Reimagining the Mexican punk rock classic "Los Malaventurados No Lloran" by renowned band PXNDX is no small feat. However, Vondré’s take understood the assignment and did an exciting reimagining that pays homage and successfully captures the ether at the core and paints it a new color.

PXNDX’s iconic track shines in a new light by Mexican shoegaze powerhouse Vondré along with legendary drummer Kross Vazquez from PXNDX.

Revisiting this song with an abrasive guitar tone, saccharine arpeggios, gigantic drums, and angelic vocals floods in with a more sober and mature perspective, giving this song a whole new meaning.

A change akin to what many people who grew up listening to rock and alternative in the 2000s can relate to.

With a more mature pain that understands and keeps on keeping on. This track was a good reminder that the flame still burns.

This type of covers will always have a place in our blog. Big hugs to you all from the Zilla crew.
