Inner Child is a cinematic progressive metal trio formed in 2023, composed of Carlos Borges, Matt Garstka, and Alek Darson. Known for pushing the boundaries of heavy music, the band blends cinematic scope with the raw intensity of progressive metal - weaving in orchestral strings and unexpected collaborators to create something visceral yet surprising.

Their self-titled debut album arrives in 2026, with the first single dropping in June.
